You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Glimma. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@glimma.social if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Glimma. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, and display it solely as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.
Your use of Glimma is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Glimma is free to download and the core experience is free to use. Optional premium features — including the Premium Expressions bundle — are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions sold via the Apple App Store.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes when possible.
Glimma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimma and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Glimma and delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
If you obtained Glimma through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, to the extent required by applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law permits a choice of governing law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glimma's operator is principally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If any provision conflicts with such mandatory rights, that provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
Where allowed, disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@glimma.social.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or Switzerland, you retain all rights granted by your local consumer-protection laws regardless of anything to the contrary in these Terms. You also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Glimma after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
